The RTSPC 2018 individual competitions are simultaneously going on at VSU, Baybay City, Leyte.

The Sports Writing competition is represented by Fulcrum Staff Marc M. Costan for Filipino Category and Ram Gabriel M. Advincula for English. Meanwhile, Editorial Cartooning representative is Alfred Austin S. Cardillo. Both events are held at the VSU RDE Hall.
